Here are renderings of a new home on a creek in Wilson, WY. The siting and massing of the structure create a low profile building with a minimal visual impact for neighbors while creating private spaces for the residents that focus on south and east views and light. The building turns its back on the road and opens up to views of the creek, wetland (and wildlife that it attracts) and the mountains beyond. The landscape design takes a similar approach, using a mix of existing mature trees and new native plants to screen neighbors and roadways and create new exterior spaces with varying levels of intimacy.
